A phrase often used to confirm a very true statement. The 85 stands for a statement being "right" 85 times over.

Person 1: Sarah Palin is a babe!
Person 2: Right 85, dude!

'A Right Number Six' is used in reference to a person who is generally a spanner and thinks, usually in a sporting context, that they are better then they actually are. They also have a loud mouth and utilse this annoying all.

Bob: Did you see that centre half, a prize pillock whenever I have seen one.

Jim: Yeah, a Right Number Six.

An obsequious (suck up) loud mouthed assistant, who serves no observable purpose other than to vociferously agree with and support whatever idea the boss has come up with.

"That Bob is Mister Big's right hand mouth."
