Chill Billy

Noun- The plural of Chill Billy is Chill Billies
A close cousin to Rednecks and Hill Billies, they mainly inhabit the Northern states, New England, Alaska as well as Canada. The notable difference from their Southern cousins are their habits of snowmobiling, ice fishing and snowshoeing. They can identified by their copious use of flannel and rubber boots. They are also known to consume massive quantities of beer and processed meat products. They have been known to produce a power skunk -like stench in the form of flatulence which is used to warn off other Chill Billies encroaching on their lair, females or beer.

I saw a Chill Billy on the frozen lake ice fishing and drinking beer..
