A manipulative & deceit tactic statement / phrase used primarily in the African American community when their significant other catches them making an inappropriate pass , cheating or attempting to set up a “hook up” with another individual indicating their current spouse is over reacting . This phrase is used by a narcissist to convince their spouse that they themselves are “crazy” & over reacting . If they accept that, it then covers up their behavior & they can continue to emotionally destroy their significant others confidence , makes them second guess their insecurities , and you can continue your fornication attempts .

Female : Why is this chick commenting on all your pics ? Who is she ?

Manipulator : “ B*tch, you are crazy. Get help. That’s my cousin. I’m sick of you . You are jealous and embarrassing. You look like a fool . That is my family . I have known that girl since childhood. I am seriously about to be done with you. I can’t take this anymore. I am not doing anything and you are just being stupid.
