Creeper

1.Anyone who defies social and/or etiquette norms by acting in a particularly odd manner. This can be achieved by staring at someone for long extended periods of time, bringing up topics that aren't socially acceptable in conversation, or just being plainly and unabashadly creepy to those around him/her.

Damn- look at that kid staring at us- isn't he such a creeper?

turtle creek

The shittiest neighborhood in the Pittsburgh area. It is a place where rats and trash sell drugs to each other and commit hate crimes for fun. Residents call themselves "Crickers", because they are stupid hicks. It is the home of Woodland Hills, a.k.a. Woody high, a disgraceful institution for the lowest of human life.

I went down to Turtle Creek to watch Central Catholic pound Woody high, and I got shot 18 times.
