Party Pumper

A person who brings hype and enthusiasm to a party, who helps break the ice so partygoers have a good time.
My university's student newspaper always had wanted ads for 'party pumpers' to work at bar/bat mitzvahs getting the kids dancing and enjoying themselves.

Hollywood party

A small party or gathering involving ecstasy, cocaine, Dubstep, and regular drug users; thus you are in the presence of "roles" (rolls), lines (of coke), Lights (a song by Bassnectar that should be played in any respectable Dubstep marathon), thin people (junkie thin), and plenty of action, in whatever form might suit the occassion (not necessarily sexual activity)... both the literal AND alternative definitions are found in abundance in Hollywood, the land of film sets, celebrities... and drugs.
Raver: Wow, all these fuckin' Transformers and yay and Bangarang blasting... is this a gonna be a balls-out rave?

Cokehead: No, it's just a Hollywood party, but it's gonna be live as fuck.

Prog Party

A "progressive" party with several "stops".

Participants spend time at each stop, eventually ending together at the final prog stop.

Often, each stop is themed.

For example, in an around-the-world prog party, each stop will have the theme of a different place.
Person 1: Hey, are you going to the prog party?
Person 2: Nah, I'm busy until about midnight.
Person 1: Well, that's when we end at the final prog stop. You should come!

Lady Party

The opposite to the term "Growing a Pair", meaning a woman's lady parts. Originated from a typo and popularised in the '10s in the South of England. Can also be used to describe a bunch of girls focused upon a boy's man parts, an abundance of oestrogen, acting like a woman, etc. It's a versatile term.
Boy: Stop complaining, just grow a pair.

Girl: I quite like my lady party thank you.

Boy to another boy: Since when did you get a vagina?

Boy: Didn't you know, he's got a lady party down there?

Boy about another boy: Whoa! How did he get such a lady party, it looks like they are all having their own private orgy!
