A female player; i.e. a she-player.
A slayer can also be called a boyslayer. The term basically denotes a girl/woman who seduces men/women, uses them for a specific time period, for ulterior purposes , and then moves on to the next 'victim'.
The terms Player and Slayer have their origins in gaming, but are now widely used to refer to men and women who 'play' the dating game.
