To punch someones gut is to bug the shit out of them, repeat yourself hoping that the persons next answer will be different from the first one, Be that shady annoying person that is never around but when they are they act like they know whats up, clearly unliked if not just for that moment but at all. The name for this type of person is a Gut puncher
