A mental illness syndrome prominent in the subspecies Stupido Eructus, commonly known as Republicans, altering one's ability to comprehend basic civil concepts, often resulting in a blind following of the Stupido Erectus Primus, Donald Trump. Symptoms may be incoherent stupidity, opinion evidence over factual evidence, homophobic, xenophobic and Islamophobic concepts, abhorrence, blatant obliviousness, gluttony, and other symptoms. The only known cures are The Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, and basically anything other than Fox News.

This is an occurrence of when one is smoking a cigarette in the middle of the night and flicks the remaining butt out the window and then the said smoker immediately looks in the rear view mirror to find the pyro of the cigarette in the mirror thumping down the road.

Dissecting the word:

Thumping = Is the act of the cigarette skipping down the road.
Pyro = Represents the fire that is still seen in the dark night as the wind from the car brings it to a bright glow.

Mirror = Is a main component in the act of witnessing this magical moment.

Nosis = Adds a nice touch to the end of the word and sounds similar to “notice it” so.. Close enough right!?
