A bisexual person. A fence-hanger is a term that refers to a person who hangs on the proverbial fence - he or she is unable to pick a side on which to committ his or her sexuality, but rather stays near the fence (the middle).

That kid won't pick a side, he just keeps hangin onto the fence.

Hanger Fashion

A wardrobe malfunction that is hailed as fashion.
Derived from Hitoribocchi no Marumaruseikatsu, where character Aru Honshou forgot to remove the hanger from her school uniform, and when confronted about it, she proclaims it as fashion.

"Bro, you put your shirt on backwards."
"What do you mean? It's fashion!"
"You mean Hanger Fashion."

Slope Hanger

Similar to, but not quite as strong as, the term 'Cliffhanger', used in various media such as TV shows to denote a moment of extreme suspense or surprise at a sudden plot development or revelation which occurs at the very end of an episode. A Slope Hanger is the milder version of this. You're not quite on the edge of your seat, but your cheeks are debating it.

"Lost ended on a slope hanger last night; who's that new guy??"

Hanger Beatdown

When, after doing laundry, you are hanging up your clothes but can't fit the hanger in, so you must hit it back and forth against the other clothes to try and squeeze it in.
