Examples would include the failure to recognise the needs of others, phone zombies who don't look where they're going, those on the Autistic Spectrum*, self obsessed narcissistic types, those who invade personal space, those who believe shouting makes them right, those with a false sense of entitlement, being oblivious.

*only those on the Autistic Spectrum or with other social inhibitions and recognised disorders have a valid reason to display these behaviours.
