A measurement of time applicable in Cornwall and Devon. A Cornish Minute is equivalent to an English hour.
Cornish Person: I'll be there in a minute
English Person: See you in an hour because I know that's a Cornish Minute

origin of the mc donalds in timmins, its based off of how long it will take a new employee to accomplish a new found task. it is not a set amount of time but used as a generic amount to answer anothers question.
