Once called Homo sapiens (e.g., human beings, people, folks) referred to en mass for corporate greed or political greed as the "homo economicus".

The value and or worth of individuals only equal to the amount of money/currency they will provide or consume. A persons worth only in terms of money. No value as a human except in terms of money. Worthless unless they spend.

How much money can the people homo sapien homo economicus contribute to my campaign? How much money will this advertisement of our upgraded smart phone generate from the population the consumer the dim witted masses of... homo economicus ?

Economic moral determinism

A moral Philosophy that says that all organisms have evolved to survive and reproduce there own kind. To do this they seek out and do what ever is in there best interest at least in the long run. What they do by seeking what gives the mose pleasure or avoids pain. And that with all the things that do this a dollar value can be placed on it. And that all the morals that a person holdes they should hold only because it will help them make and/or save money.There is a movement to reform all morals on this principle called the economic moral determinism movement.

A class taught to most high school students about how a society manages its scarce resources. It is comprised of a handful of mildly persuasive concepts pumped full of jargon and needlessly represented by graphs to deter intelligent people from realizing that this is not a real science.

Much like intelligent design, economics is a popular psuedo-science that intellectual humans would overlook.

The self-proclaimed “social science” contrastingly strives to ignore more of human nature every few years with a book written by a middle-aged man who realizes that he is not smart enough to discover anything new in a real science.
