You Just Got Chaped

The act of taking used or nasty chapstick and proceeding to apply the chapstick to an unsuspecting stranger/person's face or belongings while afterwards yelling "YOU GOT CHAPED!"

(Girl takes nasty used chapstick and puts it on her friend's face.)
Friend: "AW!! GROSS!!"
