Get the Local Hooliganmug. a Hostile Local is usually a resident local who has to deal with lots of bennies whenever the weather is nice. Bennies usually invade in the summer and take over a beach where surfers enjoy the waves, thus bringing the lifeguards and forcing them to wait for the beach to clear out. a Hostile Local doesn't like to put up with bennies because they only come maybe a month out of the year and think they own the place while the locals have to deal with their attitude.
