1. equivilant to shrugging your shoulder, and saying i dont know, or not really . you could even shrug your shoulders will saying it if you want.

2. when imitating someone add mehh in there for an extra dramatic effect.

1. "hey you wanna go to the movies tonight?"
" meh, not really"

A phrase used by young or baby dragons when they are in need of something. Also applies to the same rules as one of the 110th (or something like that) definition for meh that also has to do with dragons

Examples of needs:

- Food
- Drink
- A hug
- To go to Disneyland
- Permission to run around in circles as if the world was about to blow up in 3 hours, 42 minutes, and 27 seconds
