Used by 'The Older People' to convince themselves that the information technological revolution and its most powerful hand-axe (the smartphone) has not opened the door to the apocalypse.

A: "What's the capital of Chad?"

B: "Well if you bear with me, I will just consult my POCKET ENCYCLOPEDIA and give you the answer shortly... (1 minute of strange silence is incurred during the process)... and there we have it! The answer is N'Djamena. Now who's Billy big bollocks?"
