Lacks intelligence, but is quick to bust someone’s balls over something highly unimportant. Ex: wearing a hat, holding someone’s hand, going too fast out of a parking lot, Etc. Gets paid way to much money to do his/her job, but still acts like a total hardass.

Scotts are the most wonderful and amazing people in the world. He's strong and loving and protective. He's had his ups and downs but everyone does at some point. He's a great dad to his child. Loves them passionately and unconditionally. He'd do anything for the one he loves or his family/wife/ girlfriend. If you meet a Scott, love on him and never let him go.
