Working hard at not working, or working as little as possible. A fancier way of saying "slacking off".

"Yeah, Bob has been working as hard as a congressman."

Work Wall

A mental block that a person hits while at work where it become damn near impossible to continue working for the day. The work wall is typically hit a few minutes before the work day officially ends, though on some days it's inconveniently hit much earlier, especially if one is "not feeling it".

"Work wall hit, I'll just have to finish this shit up in the morning."
