Most people didn't really think much about what all the moon did for the oceans, or why, but they thought it was a good thing the moon was around. Except the dork girl that wanted to blow it straight to Jupiter, since the rubble would start to orbit around Jupiter and bring Jupiter more attention via pictures. It would bring her more money and relevance/power if they gave her the money, and she even claimed that she would match every dollar they paid her, since that would just be more money for her.

Takes it's name from Keith Moon, the drummer of The Who, who on October 21st, 1976 passed out while behind his drum kit during a show in Toronto. This resulted in bassist Pete Townshend asking the crowd "Can anybody play the drums?" before pulling a young drummer from the crowd to finish the show.
