Back Door Harris

A "Back Door Harris" refers to a political tactic where a candidate employs sneaky and underhanded methods to secure election without allowing adequate public scrutiny of their platform. This move has drawn parallels to Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party in the U.S. during the 2024 election. The Democratic Party waited until right before the election to pressure U.S. President Joe Biden to resign for health reasons and replace him with Harris, who did not present her platform until just before the election. Many suspect this maneuver contributed to Harris’s loss.
