Rule 14127, Clearly States that, In Meetence of A Man With the Number 14127, Tatooed On the Underside of his Right Arm, You WILL Show That Man Respect, and Listen to All He Has to Say. Because that Man Will Be The Smartest, Most Profound, Street Wise, and Nature Aware Person that You Will Ever Meet. And If You Show Him Disrespect, he Will Harm you in More Way's You Thought Possible.

Refers to Rule 35 of Federal Sentencing guidelines, specifically paragraph B, "Reducing a Sentence for Substantial Assistance," which makes provision for reduction of sentence to those who aid the police, that is, snitches.

Rule 93

This rule states that if you see a chicken/duck you got to hit it with a shovel.
This expression sprung up from the "famous" youtuber slyfoxhounds (xXSlyFoxHoundXx, part of a group called The Creatures) Minecraft videos. He used the fact (before some updates) that if you hit a chicken with a shovel, you were given the loot 1 or 2 feathers and a piece of chicken, wich can be consumed.

person 1: Oh, look! A chicken!

Person 2:I envoke Rule 93! *hits it with shovel*

NYC rapper who does way too many duets with singers such as Ashanti & R. Kelly. After his album Venni Vitti Vicci, he fell off but refuses to stop making albums even after 50 Cent made a fool of him. His lyrics include shouting "BABY GIRL PUT IT ON ME!! WHERE WOULD I BE WITHOUT YOU!!!"
