The removing of the said layer of frosting on a cake or a cupcake, creates the term Sugar Bread.

Although some enjoy frosting on their cakes, they're others who do not. Therefore they eat only the bread, the bread however still having sugar in it is compatible with the word SUGAR BREAD.
