Jimmy

Jimmy is the guy of your dreams. He's super smart but won't admit it, and everybody knows him for it. He's not that tall and doesn't talk a lot. He LOVES turtles and origami. Once you get him talking about something, he won't stop until he notices he's the only one talking, since usually, he isn't at all. He isn't athletic or that hot but is the sweetest guy you know.

I'm so glad I met Jimmy. He's so smart but so cute.

When the promise of being met with the aroma of fresh cooked family breakfast after a night of drinking is followed through with undercooked Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches; which are somehow burnt yet still frozen at the same time.

When a high expectation is met with dismal follow through.

Rented a sick Airbnb in Chicago with some friends, but when I arrived everything was broken…ugh Jimmy Dean’d again!

Jimmy's magic patch

Describes a fabric patch with mismatched patterns that's been sewn onto damaged fabric to fix the clothing. British WW2 slang named after a comic strip called "Jimmy and his Magic Patch" that appeared in The Beano in 1944, a story about a schoolboy who frequently time-traveled by accident thanks to a patch sewn on the back of his school trousers.

My jacket's right elbow ripped, but luckily, I sewed it up with Jimmy's magic patch.
