Small Brain

When taken almost literally, it means someone is unintelligent or unequipped to talk to a specific person or about a subject. Although it has ironic connotations to mean that the interlocutor or the person they are speaking with is on another level/wavelength.

Compared to my friend, big brain Bojack, who is simultaneously discussing Kant's Deontology and Quantum Mechanical superposition, I have a small brain.

Eating Brains

A condition brought on by large quantities of alcohol. Symptoms include walking, talking, and looking like a zombie, and the beer cologne.

Ricky: Hey, you don't look so good. Maybe you've had too much to drink, Samuel.

A human being, more technically a high level competitive athlete or military veteran, that has suffered multiple brain injuries from repeated blows to the head, affected with or exhibiting TES (traumatic encephalopathy syndrome; diagnosis in a living person) Vs CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy; postmortem diagnosis.) Quite literally the action of one’s brain dying prematurely as a result of his taking so many blows to the head.

Johnny has brain soup, he has come to this restaurant five days a week for the past decade, yet he asks me where the restroom is every single time he comes here.
