Lucas is one of the main protagonists of the japanese exclusive Earthbound sequel known as Mother 3.
Lucas is one of the four permanent party members of Mother 3 and is encountered at the beginning of the story. Lucas has 4 other family members. Flint (the father), Hinawa (the mother), Boney (the family dog, which is also a permanent party member), and Claus (Lucas' twin brother). Through his journey, he meets many friends and the other 2 permanent party members, Kumatora and Duster.
Lucas also appears in the Super Smash Bros. series as the only fighter whose game hasn't been ported to the US (not counting Fire Emblem since Fire Emblem is now released in the US as well) and the second Mother representative in the Smash Bros. Series, second only to Ness.

Lucas is the sweetest guy you will ever meet. you know that he will always be there for you even if hes at the darkest moment, he will simply put on a smile and support you for whatever it is needed. although he makes other people happy, hes own life isn't perfect its self. Luca works too hard and haven't lived a real life. sometimes pressured by others or ignored. sometimes he can feel misunderstood by friends, family, teachers. But he doesn't get that in the way when helping others, he is a true friend and if you ever let him go, you know you will regret it
