An acronym for the Magnolia Projects in the 3rd Ward of New Orleans. Formed from the 'M' of Magnolia, the 'P' of Projects, and the '3' of 3rd Ward. Not really used much (if at all) anymore to refer to them, usually just called "The Magnolia".
