Adjective. Refers to a child with helicopter parents that force them to share their location. Can be with or without the child knowing. Most of the time it means being chipped through a phone, but there are plenty of possibilities.
"We were gonna invite him with us, but his parents have him chipped! There's no way they'd let him come with us."
