The long-term girl friend of your future boyfriend. She is generally of moderate attractiveness, intelligence and wit; somewhat 'sporty' and more or less liked by all his friends. Little do they know she is a gummy, boyfriend stealing little twat (see df: twat).

Be careful a diva bitch is almost always associated with an actual bitch. this is not the case. the diva bitch is a rare girl with lots of "me me me me" complex. the diva bitch is some what good looking girl or thinks she is. overall, beware the diva bitch.
