the term given to someone with a selfish or self absorbed attitude. Be careful a diva bitch is almost always associated with an actual bitch. this is not the case. the diva bitch is a rare girl with lots of "me me me me" complex. the diva bitch is some what good looking girl or thinks she is. overall, beware the diva bitch.

My friend is a diva bitch she thinks shes the rosalined of every theatre production.
