The Arabian shoe tie is a torture method that consists of skinning someone’s foot to expose veins and nerves then carefully tying the veins and nerves like a shoe lace.
You could also extend this and make it a challenge to try and untie the veins and nerves.

This term is similar to "Foot Gun", except was used heavily in the American South West and particularly in the early 2010s. There has been debates on which term came first, but evidence points to originating in southern Colorado.

Allowing business users the ability to make technical decisions is a shoe gun. The last thing you'll want to do cause yourself future problems when they promise imaginary things or commit to unrealistic deadlines.
