A combination of being geeked and tweaking at the same time due to the consumption of an abundant amount illicit substances. Symptoms can cary but include: Dilated pupils, red eyes, dry mouth, slurred speech, Silence, uncontrollable laughter, hallucinations, Visual distress, Paranoia, alertness, anger, sorrow, anxiety, thoughts of self harm.
