Someone who will go out of their ways to back up their pleutonic girl friends even when they know that she has sleep with everyone within a 25 mile radius. A captain save-a-ho's objective is to is to eventually be the next person to sleep with the ho, but usually ends up failing miserably because they tend to be socially awkward.
