To prematurely ejaculate when in contact with a female. Contact doesn't have to be explicit. It can occur by just looking at a female or even just smelling her pheromones. Usually occurs when a male has not had any physical contact with a female for an extended period of time.

a term coined by two students of MWHS. after one student asked another if he had pockets, he then asked what the time was.. implying that all people with pockets have the times... thus created Got Pockets? = What time is it?
