Abbreviated form of "Inconvenienced Penis Syndrome." The state in which men bundle up any important feelings, but feel the need to raise attention to every minor inconvenience that everybody else deals with in silent grace.

"He says that somebody on the bus got in his way when he tried to get off."

Hym "Wow, I'm glad I don't live in China or else they would be robbing IP from me and not paying me. That would suck! Oh wait! That's already happening to me... And it's the people who are ALSO DOING THE ECONOMIC COERCION! Wow! It seems like we know how CONSERVATIVES will rule if we give them any power huh? I guess we need to do whatever it take to keep them out of power, huh guys? Because they are doing the things that the corrupt government is doing. RIght? Even they agree that the things they are doing a wrong! Yet here they are! Doing them anyway! Especially Jordan Peterson! He stole a whole-ass speech! And called it the greatest thing he's ever done!"

A derogatory nickname for any corporation or other entity that abuses IP laws to take down and remove any and all derivative works without regard to fair use laws. They're notorious for constantly issuing cease and desist letters and DMCA takedown requests to fan-works that in no way affect their bottom line.
Person 1: "Ugh, Nintendo's taking down fuckin' GMod stuff now!?"
Person 2: "Nintendo's an IP tyrant... What did you expect?"
