A gank is whatever liquid you happen to be imbibing at the moment, whether its cough syrup (drank) or not. The epitome of Ganks is Mountain Dew Baja Blast from Taco Bell in the largest size possible. Straight Baja Blast mixed with drank,though, is of course one crazy gank. The verb 'to drink a gank' is dank.

"Hey bitch, im thirsty, gimme some of your gank."
"Hey, get over here and let me dank your gank."
