A Riley is one of the most genuine people you will ever get to meet. He will give you his honest opinion on whatever you want if you ask him and he also appreciates yours. Not just that, but is also very likeable, he can go up to anyone he wants and make a new friend. His smile can be so big it can light up a whole room, and everyone will want to get to know him. Once you do get to know him better, he’s the best person you’ll ever get to meet that is always wanting to do new activities and making everything fun. This also makes all the girls fall in love with him. Riley is very kind to anyone who needs comfort and cares for everyone around him, but he can get frustrated when he can’t put up with peoples bullshit. If you ever get the chance to be friends, or date a Riley, never let that opportunity pass. He will always be there for you when u need it, is loyal, kind, caring, honest, and super trust worthy.

The Applebee's Rule

A rule usually made among a close group of high school or college friends stating that the first person in the group to lose their virginity gets a free dinner at Applebee's paid for by the other members. The rule can sometimes be extended to include all members with the last one usually getting a steak dinner marking a celebration of entering adulthood.

A nice guy who is passionate about a lot. He’s got a love for all sports but isn’t the best at all of them. He’s tough as nails on the out side but he’s caring and passionate if you warm up to him. He’s been through some rough times but that’s what makes him Riley. If you get the chance to know one he’ll be one of your most loyal friends there is. If you get the chance to date a Riley you’ll be overwhelmed with compassion and care. He might be socially awkward but that’s because he’s so genuine and he’s not trying to be someone else around others. If you get a chance to know a Riley, don’t let him leave your life.

Age Rule

The rule (invented by wise men but which should also be adopted by wise women) which states that half your age plus seven is the youngest acceptable age of a potential romantic partner. (Does not work inverted.)

Example: "C'mon, man, she's legal!"
"She's 19; you're 26. Just because she's not jailbait anymore doesn't mean you should date the girl. Don't you know the Age Rule?"
Number Example: 26/2=13. 13+7=20.
