A phenomenon where a person who is merely mildly annoyed is actually more dangerous and/or irritable than when they are extremely pissed off.

The Kidney Bean Effect is named for kidney beans, which must be cooked on high heat to make them safe to eat. Cooking them on low heat, on the other hand, makes them even more harmful for human consumption.

Trying to relax and smoke a blunt, only to enter an uncomfortable purgatory of discomfort and negative introspection you feel like you may never escape until finally coming to rest after realizing some painful truths.

I’ve been going through a lot guys, turned out I’ve been getting in my own way in all my relationships, I got kidney stoned for 6 hours yesterday, but I finally cracked it. I need to work on communicating my feelings more instead of expecting people to read my mind. It was hard to accept, and it hurt to imagine all the things I missed out on, but I’m glad pushed out the truth out.
