All these things can be distractions to us. Distractions keeping us from thinking for ourselves, getting off our asses & leaving our homes to explore the natural adventures the world has to offer us. Distractions from being creative with our minds, our music, our art. Distractions from being with each other & having meaningful conversation &/or sharing a delicious home cooked meal.

The weather is so majestic today. I need to step away from the electronic sugar titty & go for a walk.
