Doom Loop Delay

Doom Loop Delay (or DLD for short) is when a Doom Looper (someone who watches the same TV show over and over again) has been so entrenched in their Doom Loop, that they have become out of touch with current affairs & TV shows. Shows they haven't seen seem like they were released yesterday, although most non loopers have probably seen them already. There are varying degrees of DLD, from mild to severe.

Delayed Entry Program

A male in their 30's (or older) who lives with their parents and has never lived independently. They are content with having a job that has little to no responsibility and doesn't require a background check or drug tests. They are not sure how to attract a female, save money for the future to buy or rent their own place, nor save for their retirement. Often referred to as Peter Pan Syndrome. Ambitions tend to focus on becoming a social media influencer without any plan for how to do that. They have entered the Delayed Entry Program for adults.

Ted is in his 30's, lives at home and works part-time at a local store. He is not sure how to set goals such as move out on his own or advance in his career. He has entered the delayed entry program (for adults)

Only being able to fulfill a New Year's resolution 4~8 months into the year

I set a goal to get fit in January, but it turned into a resolution delay when I didn't stop cursing until August.

delayed pain

When you hurt yourself, and your body is good for a few seconds, but then the pain happens (ex: stubbing your toe, feeling it after a half second)

Aching muscle barely counts, this is mainly for delay in the seconds.

When I stubbed my toe on the wall, the delayed pain happened after a second.

Delay Technique

What a guy conjures up in his head to stop from coming too soon.

I was with this smoke show last night, and one thing led to another, and we were having sex. Luckily, I've got a great delay technique - I just think about my sweaty gym teacher in high school. Adds at least another 5 minutes.
