A Nathan is a guy who typically doesn't know what is going on. This is especially true in games where the Nathan will often wander around with no clue of what they are doing. A Nathan often is very loud and plays loud music or videos into their microphone with no care on how loud it may be. Nathans exist mostly with glasses and big poofy hair, most closely resembling the league of legends character heimerdinger.
