When you have an intense discussion about a topic and you get a subsequent mind boner. The excitement and arousal of the mind from entering a heated debate that lends to the feeling of wanting more. Dance Boner

When a male randomly gets a boner when dancing with a female (or another male for the gay males). This is usually spontaneous and can happen to some guys during any type of dancing. Such occurrences are mostly likely in teen males but can still occur in later years for some unlucky males.

Last night at Homecoming, Joey kept getting dance boners whenever I danced with him.
