Swamp aids has been harnessed before to be used in chemical warfare by infecting dodos and throwing them over base walls to infect everyone inside. The only cure for swamp aids is a lesser poison antidote. Otherwise you’ll have to make a new character to be rid of the aids. Dying doesn’t work either.
