A situation where a game become so boring because theres nothing to do but waiting for something (an event or AI/another player attacking you) to happend. Usually in a Grand Strategy game where youre playing as a more pacifist or minor faction.

Greg: Yo, you wanna try playing Millenium Dawn? I heard it was set in Modern times
Nathan: No thanks, if i really want to play a Sleeping simulator i'd rather play Mobile games
