If you have depression what is it you ask is Something that haunts you And takes. a long time to get away its like a demon of Insecurity Anxiety. Loneliness Anger And then all of that goes into your mind so it's basically like the demon goes inside your body and just accumulates that and you become it. And if you're here to talk about symptoms I'll show you some symptoms.

Symptoms of depression: Anxiety disconcentration Anger issues Lonelines.

Things that help depression: Pets like a dog a cat If you're dealing with loneliness You should get a bigger dog

If you have anxiety you should get multiple dogs like 2 3 Little dogs help with Disconcentration And also therapy helps You should try mental therapy.
