A Carl that is so stubborn and knuckleheaded and hel bent to get his way, win, or maintain control , that he admits in open court to doing heinous disgusting crimes, but insists that there's nothing wrong with it. They get a small win and subsequently become infamous for their disgusting conduct. They're very shortsighted, and incapable of choosing their battles.
