It means u only date a person from the opposite gender and was born into that gender.

Super straight

Super straight meaning you only date women who are born women. Normally this would be considerd transphobic, but that is the reason why this term is made. You respect all transgender women however you refuse to date any of them because they don't have the x x chromosome.

Super Straight

If your sexuality is based on the ability to have biological children with your partner then you identify as Super Straight. If either partner is infertile and a donor egg or sperm is required, both partners can declare their sexuality to be Super Straight as the intent to have biological children is still there. If both partners are infertile and choose to adopt a child, both partners can declare their sexuality as super straight as their intention would have been to have biological children if possible
