Someone who goes around performing random acts of kindness and then flooding their friends' Facebook newsfeeds with constant bragging about their good deeds.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that Jon is doing good things for people, but does he have to be such a Good Spamaritan?

These people are wierd, but not creepy wierd. They can make your day, or break it. All of your laughs and smiles come from these people/this person. They are full of crazy shit but are the most special to you if you think of them as a good freak.
