Hot Dog Ride

A game of strength and determination played by hot dog and mountain sport enthusiasts around the world. The game involves a mountain sport of choice (snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, sledding) where the object of the game is to hold a hot dog in between your buttocks cheeks, down the mountain without a) piercing the skin of the hot dog or b) dropping the hot dog. The game can be played with a variety of hot dogs and sausages, but it is primarily based upon the local cased meat of choice. Loser has to eat the winners hot dog, while still warm, without the addition of condiments.

An alternative scoring system was developed in North Eastern United States where the internal temperature of the hot dog is measured before and after the ride to give extra bonus points, accordingly.

"Dude, sick Hot Dog Ride! You nubbed that kicker and the casing is still in premo shape!"

"Broheim, your H-Dog is hotter than your blood temperature at 100.4degF. Extra Double Bonus points brah!!"

"Dawg, check his grundle for hand warmers!"

ride your cerrage

To "ride one's cerrage (see cerrage)" is to display and exude high self-esteem and confidence through one's body language, words, and/or actions. This phrase often goes hand-in-hand with the expression "in the eria." Upon acknowledging the presence of someone important by saying that they are "in the eria," the speaker than adds "ridin' his/her cerrage" in order to signify the presence of the subject's self-confidence. This phrase is often used when referring to an accomplishment or someone's overall excellence. Used in the same context as being "in the zone."

"Dude, Max just demolished that guy in Halo! Max in the eria, ridin' his cerrage!"

Trav: Joe's spittin' game at that chick over there, and she's going for it. Sucha beast!
Drew: He's definitely ridin' his cerrage.

"Katie's into jerks, big macho guys who are full of themselves. You've really got to ride your cerrage if you wanna impress her."

An expression when an athlete must sit on the bench and not participate in a sporting event. Various reasons include poor performance, injury, illness, or in the case of students athletes, incapable of maintaining required academic levels in school.

Uber ride of shame

After a girl hooks up with a guy and wakes up at his place the next morning, rather than walking home wearing the same clothes she had on the prior evening (the classic "walk of shame"), she can now order an Uber or another ride share app on her phone and is driven back to her dorm building.

Sunday morning at the dorm building:
Annie: Did you see your roommate Julie get out of the backseat of a Toyota Corolla sedan this morning? What was that all about?
Jessica: Yeah, Julie was hooking up with Brad last night - they were really going at it and went up to his room. She didn't come home last night . So this morning she made the Uber ride of shame.
