a term to describe an able-visioned person who doesn't see an item in the distance. not to be offensive to actual blindoes, people who cant see. when someone commits the act of being a blindo, a witness must scream "blindo" in a high pitched yet vicious voice.

"Hey look Kayla, there's the mall"
"Where?"
"Over there, BLINDO!"
