A person who travels and relocates to another city to an open air drug market (usually a homeless encampment) for safe and easy access to their drug of choice, often stealing to support the habit.

People who are homeless in Oakland are not typically from here. They are drug tourists.

Anger Tourist

People, most notably grifters, who claim that a certain decision ruined or will ruin a movie or video game franchise/company while claiming themselves as a longtime fan of said franchise. In reality, they are not actual fans of the franchise and are instead treating this situation as a thing to tell their followers to get mad at. Usually the most inconvenient of things.

They will often forget about the situation in a week, as they are busy chasing the next thing to get angry at. Hence why they are considered tourists because they don't actually represent the fandom and are only there for a day.

Most of these people are found on Twitter and YouTube.

Grifter: "They ruined the franchise by making the main female lead slightly less sexy. This game is doomed. Fucking DEI ruining everything"

Actual fans: Oh great, the Anger tourist has arrived.

A local woman who uses online dating hopping tourist to tourist to get free meals and drinks.

John matched with a girl in tinder, and thinks he will be going on a date. Little does John know she's a tourist hopper and does this every weekend with someone new in town.

Tourist or Chatroom Tourist

A chatroom tourist is any new to the room chatter or "newb" who comes in trying to troll or generally make a nuisance of themselves. Usually a person every regular chatter dislikes or trolls immediately.

Also, A chatroom tourist or tourist for short, is a new chatter who instead of being themselves takes on a fake persona to gain friends in the chat, or complains about how things normally run and tries to change them.

"Tourist" enters the room.
Reg or Regular: the chat died :(
"Tourist": chats can't die.

"Chatroom Tourist" enters the room.
Reg: ****
"Tourist": don't swear, go to church, be a christian.

Also, Someone who tries to force their beliefs on others, while not intending to ever come back to the chat...which is generally just being Annoying.

Tourist or Chatroom tourist enters the room:
Regs are playing a game(all chats have some regular daily game,..whether its riddles, random naming or association games...there's always one)
Tourist: u shuldn't play thiz game unless u r stupid or somthing.

(Tourist usually gets insulted, usually starts spamming and then gets booted)
